Tasmania regulation
These Rules amend the Supreme Court Rules 2000 and incorporate that amendment into the authorised version. They take effect when the making is notified in the Gazette.
Mechanically, the instrument updates the court’s procedural rulebook and therefore affects judges, court registry staff, lawyers and litigants who must follow the revised Rules. The Chief Justice and puisne judges signed the instrument and the Registrar countersigned it.
