Tasmania regulation
These Rules amend the Supreme Court Rules 2000 by making specified changes and incorporating them into the authorised version of those rules. They take effect when the making is notified in the Gazette.
The changes affect court users, legal practitioners and court administration by updating the official procedural rules; the instrument is signed by the Chief Justice and puisne judges, countersigned by the Registrar, and is administered by the Department of Justice.
