Tasmania regulation
This instrument amends the Supreme Court Rules 2000 by changing procedural rules and incorporating those edits into the authorised version of the Principal Rules. It takes effect 14 days after Gazette notification (rule 2). It affects litigants, lawyers, judges and registry staff, who must follow the amended procedures; the Court and the Registrar are responsible for enforcing compliance (rule 3; signatories and administration note).
