Tasmania regulation
These Rules amend and update the Supreme Court Rules 2000 by making procedural changes and incorporating those amendments into the authorised version of the Principal Rules. They are cited as the Supreme Court Amendment Rules 2010 and generally take effect on the day their Gazette notice is published; Part 3 begins on 1 July 2010.
The changes affect judges, court staff, lawyers and litigants by altering court procedure and compliance requirements; affected parties must follow the revised authorised Rules when filing, managing and litigating matters in the Supreme Court.
