Tasmania regulation
This instrument amends the Supreme Court Rules 2000 and takes effect when the Supreme Court Amendment Act 2007 commences (rule 2). The numbered entries state that the specific amendments have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Principal Rules (rules 4–18). It therefore alters procedural law for the Supreme Court; the practical effects on parties, lawyers and the court registry depend on the specific changes now recorded in the Principal Rules.
