Tasmania regulation
This instrument updates the Supreme Court Rules 2000 by incorporating a set of amendments into the authorised (consolidated) Rules and takes effect when its making is notified in the Gazette. It affects litigants, lawyers, judges and court staff who must follow Supreme Court procedure because the consolidated Rules govern court practice. The amendment instrument itself does not reproduce the substantive changes — users must consult the authorised version of the Supreme Court Rules 2000 to see what was altered. The Rules are administered by the Department of Justice.
