Tasmania regulation
These Rules make amendments to the Supreme Court Rules 2000 and state that those amendments have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Principal Rules. The amendments commence on the day their making is notified in the Gazette and the instrument is administered by the Department of Justice. This affects users of the Supreme Court Rules 2000 (judges, court staff, litigants and practitioners) because it changes the operative rule text they must follow.
