Tasmania regulation
These Rules make a textual amendment to the Supreme Court Rules 2000 and declare that the change is incorporated into the authorised version of those Rules. The amendment takes effect on the day its making is notified in the Gazette (rule 2). It affects users of the Supreme Court Rules — judges, lawyers, litigants and court staff — by changing which procedural text applies; practitioners must follow the updated Rules once notified (rules 1, 3–4).
