Tasmania regulation
These Rules update the Supreme Court’s procedural framework by amending the Supreme Court Rules 2000 (and the Supreme Court Forms Rules 2000) and by rescinding Part IX of the older Rules of the Supreme Court 1965. The changes affect judges, court staff, lawyers and litigants by altering court forms and procedures, and they take effect on the day their making is notified in the Gazette.
