Tasmania regulation
This instrument updates the Supreme Court Rules 2000 and takes effect on the day its making is published in the Gazette. The amendments are incorporated into the authorised version of the Principal Rules. It affects judges, court staff, lawyers and litigants by changing the procedural rules they must follow and by requiring administrative updating of the court’s rulebook once the notice appears in the Gazette.
