Tasmania regulation
This instrument sets a short title, takes effect when its making is notified in the Gazette, and identifies the Supreme Court Rules 2000 as the Principal Rules to which it relates. Although headed as an amendment about rates of interest, the text supplied contains no substantive change to interest rates. It therefore primarily affects parties subject to the Supreme Court Rules to the extent any rate changes are recorded in the Principal Rules or in subsequent published amendments.
