Tasmania regulation
This instrument makes miscellaneous amendments to the Supreme Court Rules 2000 and records that those changes have been incorporated into the authorised consolidated Rules. The amendments take effect 14 days after publication in the Gazette, so anyone subject to the Supreme Court Rules (litigants, lawyers and court staff) must follow the revised procedural rules from that date.
