Tasmania regulation
This instrument makes miscellaneous amendments to the Supreme Court Rules 2000 and records that those changes have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Principal Rules. It takes effect on the day the making is notified in the Gazette. It mainly affects litigants, lawyers and the court registry by altering procedural rules; compliance and any adjustment costs fall on those parties, while the Court and Registrar supervise implementation (see ss 2–3 and ss 4–9).
