Tasmania regulation
This instrument makes miscellaneous amendments to the Supreme Court Rules 2000 and records that those changes have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Rules. It affects parties, legal practitioners and court staff who follow Supreme Court procedure and takes effect when its making is notified in the Gazette (rule 2). The instrument itself lists incorporation (rules 4–10) rather than setting out substantive rule text; consult the updated Supreme Court Rules 2000 for details.
