Tasmania regulation
These Rules amend the Supreme Court Rules 2000 to change fees and costs for Supreme Court proceedings and update the authorised consolidated Rules. The amendments take effect when their making is notified in the Gazette (rule 2) and have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Principal Rules (rule 4). Court users (litigants, lawyers) will face the adjusted fee and cost settings; the Registrar and judges administer and sign the instrument.
