Tasmania regulation
These Rules amend the Supreme Court Rules 2000 in relation to fees and costs and take effect seven days after their Gazette notice. The amendment has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Principal Rules. They therefore change the legal rules that determine who pays court fees and costs and how those items are handled; the instrument itself does not set out the specific fee amounts or detailed mechanics, so users must consult the updated Supreme Court Rules 2000 for particulars.
