Tasmania regulation
This instrument amends the Supreme Court Rules 2000 on fees and costs and takes effect seven days after its Gazette notice (Rule 2). The change has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Principal Rules (Rule 4) and is administered by the Department of Justice. It affects litigants, legal practitioners, the Registrar and others subject to Supreme Court procedure because it alters the court’s fee-and-cost rules and the related compliance obligations.
