Tasmania regulation
These Rules amend the Supreme Court Rules 2000 to provide for electronic lodgment and update the authorised version; they commence 21 days after Gazette notification. They affect litigants, lawyers and the court registry by changing how court documents are filed. Mechanically, the instrument changes filing processes and shifts setup and compliance costs to users and the registry; the detailed operational requirements and obligations are set out in the Principal Rules as amended and must be consulted for specifics.
