Tasmania regulation
This instrument amends the Supreme Court Rules 2000 in relation to costs on writs and is taken to be part of those Rules (rule 3). It comes into force seven days after its Gazette notice (rule 2) and the amendment has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Principal Rules (rule 4). It therefore affects parties who issue writs, their legal advisers and court officers who administer costs, but the substantive amendment text is not included here and must be read in the authorised Rules.
