Tasmania regulation
This instrument amends the Supreme Court Rules to change how admission matters are handled and takes effect when Chapter 2.2 of the Legal Profession Act 2007 commences. It updates the Supreme Court Rules 2000, is incorporated into the authorised version of those Rules, and is administered by the Department of Justice; it therefore affects persons and offices governed by the Supreme Court Rules (including applicants for admission, the Court and its Registrar).
