### sec.9I Notice of traineeship
This rule applies to—
a principal of a law practice; and
the person in charge of an office other than the office of a law practice.
The principal or person must give the board notice, in the approved form, of each traineeship under which a trainee is doing supervised workplace experience in the law practice or office.
The notice must be given within 1 month after the traineeship starts.
The approved form must state that the law practice or office has a written plan setting out how, over the traineeship period, the supervised workplace experience to be given under the traineeship is to be given.
