### sec.9J Notice of termination of traineeship
This rule applies if a traineeship, under which a trainee is doing supervised workplace experience in either of the following, is terminated—
a law practice;
an office other than the office of a law practice.
The principal of the law practice, or person in charge of the office, must give written notice of the termination to the board within 14 days after the termination.

(sec.9J-ssec.1) This rule applies if a traineeship, under which a trainee is doing supervised workplace experience in either of the following, is terminated— a law practice; an office other than the office of a law practice.
(sec.9J-ssec.2) The principal of the law practice, or person in charge of the office, must give written notice of the termination to the board within 14 days after the termination.
- (a) a law practice;
- (b) an office other than the office of a law practice.
