### sec.9H Register of trainees and supervisors
This rule applies to—
a principal of a law practice; and
the person in charge of an office other than the office of a law practice.
The principal or person must—
keep a register of the name of—
each trainee doing supervised workplace experience in the law practice or office; and
the trainee’s current supervisor; and
if asked, give the register to the board for inspection.

(sec.9H-ssec.1) This rule applies to— a principal of a law practice; and the person in charge of an office other than the office of a law practice.
(sec.9H-ssec.2) The principal or person must— keep a register of the name of— each trainee doing supervised workplace experience in the law practice or office; and the trainee’s current supervisor; and if asked, give the register to the board for inspection.
- (a) a principal of a law practice; and
- (b) the person in charge of an office other than the office of a law practice.
