### sec.7 Approved practical legal training requirements—Australian course The requirements of a course approved by the Chief Justice and the board are approved practical legal training requirements for admission to the legal profession under the Legal Profession Act 2007 . Under the Legal Profession Act 2007 , section 30 (1) (c) , a person is eligible for admission only if the person has, among other things, satisfactorily completed approved practical legal training requirements. The course must be conducted in Australia.
