24D Immunity and protection of Judge of Court extends to administrative functions Without limiting any other law, whether written or unwritten, the immunity and protection that a Judge of the Court has in the performance of his or her duties as Judge extends and applies to the performance or exercise of an administrative function or power conferred on the Judge or on the Court by or under any Act or any other law.
