17K Transfer of file If the Costs Court is exercising its jurisdiction in relation to costs in a proceeding which originated in the County Court, the Magistrates' Court or VCAT, the court in which the proceeding originated or VCAT, as the case requires, must cause the record and all documents relating to the proceeding to which the costs relate to be sent to the Costs Court for the purposes of the hearing and determination of the assessment, settling, taxation or review of costs in that proceeding.
