125 Extortion by and impersonation of court officials The following persons are guilty of contempt of court and liable to be punished by the Court accordingly— (a) a court official who extorts, demands, takes or accepts from any person any unauthorised fee, gratuity or reward; (b) a court official who assumes or pretends to act as the holder of an office or position in or in relation to the Court which he or she does not hold; (c) any person who is not a court official and who assumes or pretends to act as a court official.
