107 Certain office holders to be deputies S. 107(1) amended by No. 9/2009 s. 59(1). (1) The Governor in Council may by Order published in the Government Gazette declare the person for the time being carrying out the duties of any office in the public service to be a deputy prothonotary. (2) A person who is the subject of an Order under subsection (1)— (a) has the duties and powers specified in the Order; and S. 107(2)(b) amended by No. 9/2009 s. 59(2). (b) for the purposes of this Act is to be taken to be appointed as deputy prothonotary. No. 6387 s. 184.
