105E Powers, jurisdiction, immunities and protection of reserve Associate Judge Subject to this Act and the **Constitution Act 1975**, a reserve Associate Judge has the same powers, jurisdiction, immunities and protection as an Associate Judge when undertaking the duties of an Associate Judge in accordance with an engagement under section 105D.
