71B Person to be remanded to former custody
> The Supreme Court may remand a person who has been committed to prison by virtue of any summary conviction or order of the Local Court and has been brought up by a writ of habeas corpus to the person’s former custody to serve the rest of the term for which the person was committed if the judgment of the Supreme Court is against the person.
