#### 65 Order to fulfil duty 65 Order to fulfil duty > > (1) The Court may order any person to fulfil any duty in the fulfilment of which the person seeking the order is personally interested. > > > (2) The Court may, on terms, make an interlocutory order under subsection (1) in any case where it appears to the Court just or convenient so to do. > > > (3) The powers of the Court under this section are in addition to any other powers of the Court.
