#### 29 Remuneration 29 Remuneration > > (1) The Judges are entitled to be paid remuneration in accordance with the [Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Act 1975](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1976-004). > > > (2) The remuneration referred to in subsection (1) and payable to each Judge shall be paid to the Judge so long as the Judge’s commission continues in force. > > > (3) However, a Judge is not entitled to the remuneration referred to in subsection (1) for any period for which the Judge is on leave without pay (being leave that is agreed to by the Judge). > > **s 29:** Am 1972 No 41, sec 4 (d).
