#### 102 Appeal after jury trial 102 Appeal after jury trial > Where, in any proceedings in the Court, there is a trial of the proceedings or of any issue in the proceedings with a jury, an application for— > > > (a) the setting aside of a verdict or judgment, > > > (b) a new trial, or > > > (c) the alteration of a verdict by increasing or reducing any amount of debt, damages or other money, > > shall be by appeal to the Court of Appeal.
