68R Limitations on retrial application
(1) Not more than 1 application in relation to the same acquittal may be
made under this part for the retrial of an acquitted person.
(2) For an acquittal that happens in a retrial ordered under this part—
(a) no further application may be made under section 68M (Court
may order retrial—category A offence) in relation to the
acquittal; but
(b) a further application may be made under section 68N (Court
may order retrial—category B offence) in relation to the
acquittal.
