61 Reserved judgments
(1) If judgment is reserved in a proceeding before the Full Court after a
full hearing, the judgment of the court (including the judgment of 1 or
more of the judges sitting on the court) may later be delivered, orally
or in writing, by any of the sitting judges.
(2) It is not necessary for the other judges sitting on the Full Court in the
proceeding to be present when judgment is delivered.
