48 Oath or affirmation of office—registrar
Before exercising the functions of office, the registrar shall take or
make—
(a) an oath or affirmation in accordance with schedule 1, part 1.3;
or
(b) an oath or affirmation in accordance with schedule 1, part 1.4;
before a judge.
