37P New trials
If the Court of Appeal orders a new trial, the court may, by the order,
do any or all of the following in relation to the new trial:
(a) order that the new trial be conducted generally, or on particular
issues;
(b) impose any conditions that it considers appropriate;
(c) direct any admissions by a party that it considers appropriate;
(d) order that the testimony of a witness examined at the original
trial be used in the new trial in the way stated in the order.
