37M Reserved judgments
(1) If judgment is reserved in a proceeding before the Court of Appeal
after a full hearing, the judgment of the court (including the judgment
of 1 or more of the judges sitting on the court) may later be delivered,
orally or in writing, by any of the sitting judges.
(2) It is not necessary for the other judges sitting on the Court of Appeal
in the proceeding to be present when judgment is delivered.
