32 Final determination of matters
(1) In the exercise of its jurisdiction under this Act in relation to
proceedings in the court, the court shall, so far as practicable, ensure
that—
(a) all the matters in issue between the parties to the proceedings are
finally determined; and
(b) all multiplicity of legal proceedings concerning those matters is
avoided.
(2) For subsection (1), the court may grant legal or equitable relief
absolutely or conditionally.
