Commonwealth act
This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This Act authorises £5,068,484 from the Consolidated Revenue Fund for government services to 30 June 1918 and, by amending earlier Supply Acts, makes an aggregate £17,157,522 issuable for the departmental purposes listed in the Second Schedule (s.2).
Who pays: the Consolidated Revenue Fund. Who decides: the Treasurer applies the sums and the Governor‑General’s warrants are to be satisfied. Effect: it redirects previously authorised appropriations to detailed line items across departments and forbids expenditure after 30 June 1918 (s.2(2)–(4)).
