This Supply Act authorises £8,436,553 from the Consolidated Revenue Fund to finance Australian government operations through 30 June 1926. Funds cover federal departments, government commercial services (post and rail), territorial administration and tax refunds, with spending controlled by the Treasurer and warrants from the Governor‑General; unspent appropriations lapse at year‑end.
It provides the legal authority to pay public servants, run services and the military, and completes the federal funding for 1925–26 as one of three Supply Acts.

An Act to grant and apply a sum out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the service of the year ending the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.

Preamble.
BE it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, for the purpose of appropriating the grant originated in the House of Representatives, as follows:—
