- If a Commission by the name of the Australian Telecommunications Commission has not, on or before 1 July 1975, commenced to provide services in accordance with an Act establishing such a Commission, moneys appropriated by this Act for payment to that Commission may at any time before that Commission so commences to provide services, be paid to the Post Office Trust Account.
