Issue, application and appropriation of $1,556,348,000.

(1) The Treasurer may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply for the services specified in the Schedule in respect of the financial year ending on 30th June, 1974, the sum of One thousand five hundred and fifty-six million, three hundred and forty-eight thousand dollars.

(2) The Consolidated Revenue Fund is appropriated to the extent necessary for the purposes of sub-section (1).
