Commonwealth act
This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This Act provides interim "supply" funding to keep the Australian Government operating until the full 1926–27 budget is passed, authorizing the Treasurer to draw £4,046,117 (including a £1,000,000 advance for urgent needs) from the Consolidated Revenue Fund. Funds expire on 30 June 1927 and are released by Governor‑General warrants; allocations sustain core departments, defence, railways, postal services and territorial administration while main appropriations are debated.
