Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This Act retrospectively authorises £209,000 of extra government spending on additions, new works and buildings for the financial year ended 30 June 1932. It validates capital outlays already drawn from the Consolidated Revenue Fund, ensuring those departures from the original appropriation are lawful—affecting Commonwealth departments and upholding parliamentary control of public spending during the Great Depression.
