This Act recognises and authorises a further payment of £32,641 from the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the 1919–20 year to meet additions, new works and buildings listed in its Schedule. It deems the sums already issued to be properly appropriated as from the date of Act No. 12 of 1919.
The Schedule allocates line‑item amounts to Commonwealth departments (Works and Railways; Defence—Military; the Navy; Home and Territories; Trade and Customs), so those departments can lawfully account for and proceed with the specified projects and purchases.

BE it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, for the purpose of appropriating the grant originated in the House of Representatives, as follows:—
