Commonwealth act
This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This Act authorises a supplementary appropriation of £1,349,608 from the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the 1922–23 year, topping up the main 1922 budget to cover underestimated or unexpected costs. The funds (allocated across Trade and Customs, Treasury, Prime Minister’s Department and others) pay for public service salaries and allowances, pensions and war gratuities, refunds, legal and administrative expenses, territorial administration and miscellaneous items, effectively ratifying expenditures already made or committed.
