#### 15A Setting dates for statements and payments The Commissioner may, by legislative instrument, specify: (a) days as being unclaimed money days for the purposes of this Part and Parts 3B and 4A; and (b) for each unclaimed money day—a day (the scheduled statement day) by the end of which a statement required by this Part or Part 3B or 4A, in relation to the unclaimed money day, is to be given to the Commissioner.
