61Liability for damages

#### 61 Liability for damages Neither a Tribunal member nor a member of the staff of ASIC who is made available to the Tribunal under section 62 is liable to an action or other proceeding for damages for or in relation to an act done or omitted to be done in good faith in the performance or purported performance of any function, or in the exercise or purported exercise of any power, conferred by this Act.
