50Remuneration and allowances

#### 50 Remuneration and allowances (1) Subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973, the Tribunal Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson are respectively to be paid: (a) such remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal; and (b) such allowances as are prescribed. (2) If there is no determination in force, the Tribunal Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson are respectively to be paid such remuneration as is prescribed.
